This became the most successful campaign to date. 

Problem: Papillon had high hopes, to be the best in the industry. A decent start, but it was lacking personality, making them blend in.
Solution: After creating a refreshing stylistic approach that made competitors look like an artifact under a haze, I leveraged relationships first with national tourism boards, then built a movie-esk image of brand advertising that was sleek and rich. Then positioned the brand as the VIP provider, tying major Casinos as preferred vendors. After that, this message was conveyed internationally. Soon publications and local adverting venders wanted in.


Result:
7-8 figure success YOY. Achieved #1 in the World for Grand Canyon Tours. 11+ nation reach. Multi-niche companies created to round out offerings and differentiate. I developed them all.

Story: I handled the PAPILLON brand from humble beginnings.  A 5-person sales and marketing department, providing tours of the Grand Canyon from Las Vegas and Flagstaff.

I led the Art and Advertising creative and helped develop local and international marketing strategies — the company grew significantly and achieved #1 in the industry in under two years. 

Serving multiple locations with Helicopter, Airplane, and Motorcoach tours, Papillon became the main Grand Canyon tour provider for 11+ nations. Including: U.S., France, Italy, Japan, China, and more.

One of the many successful campaigns I envisioned and developed was Grand Canyon VIP.  Establishing relationships with major Casinos such as the Bellagio, Tropicana and more. I developed ads and relationships with attractions such as the Bodies and Titanic Exhibit, Madame Tussauds, and massive Social Media advocacy campaigns, This drove people to the Grand Cayon, via Papillon for an exquisite VIP experience. 

This became the most successful campaign to date.

Problem: Manufacturing product: Nearly every manufacturing company I researched looked and read the same, bland, straightforward and forgettable.
Solution: Well, not anymore. I made this brand into something that was interesting, would stand out a mile away and spark discussion, and actually had clever wit mixed in with the logical data-driven mind.
I overtook the competition by initiating a relentless omnichannel marketing approach that was irresistible to advocacy. Every publication wanted to showcase the brand. I knew this and aggressively negotiated advertising placement. Because they wanted us in, as much as we wanted in.

Story: I Initiated building the BAVIS company’s entire digital marketing/comm strategy. When the covid 19 pandemic hit, I quickly positioned the brand with unique HERO-style imagery and story communications attuned to pharmacy drive-thru solutions. I changed the brand from E.F. Bavis to Bavis Drive-Thru, for obvious marketing, findability, and relatability reasons.

Differentiating the brands’ contactless offerings as the most unique solution in the industry. Through unique digital and illustrative designs and focused digital marketing coupled with succinct logical solutions-based copywiting with a flair of emotional triggers full off Seo-rich techniques.

This communication strategy landed multiple front page organic listings (up from a single page-6 listing, when I arrived) along with paid advertisements, the reach to clients such as Walgreens, Rite-aid, and more were achieved. I truly positioned the brand as the HERO of the time. Knocking off all competitors at the time from Google’s radar.

The results were  a 10-year high growth in revenue.
